Plant Turbocor's stage-one manufacturing plant (38,000 sq. ft.) is ISO 9001:2008 certified and is designed for machining, sub-assembly, QA and final assembly operations, including run testing prior to shipment. State of the art automated assembly and computer controlled manufacturing work centers enable an annual plant capacity over 15,000 units. |

Engineering Turbocor's electronic and mechanical engineering laboratories include advanced CAM/ /CAE drawing and simulation capabilities. CAD drawings for assembly, complex electrical drawings, and 3-D modeling are integrated into the manufacturing and materials management process to facilitate rapid product development and ongoing product improvements. |

Testing The Turbocor test center is equipped with web-enabled field compressor connectivity for remote monitoring and diagnostics. In-plant test capabilities include accelerated life cycle and material testing on multiple compressor test stands, complemented by water- and air-cooled chiller testing facilities. |
