President, Henrik Jorgensen: Henrik has over 15 years of managerial experience with various Danfoss A/S companies throughout the world. He joined Danfoss Nordborg Denmark in 1988 and held numerous management and directorship positions since that time. In 2001, he was promoted to Director of Operations, Motors and Steering units at Sauer-Danfoss, and was responsible for all aspects of the manufacturing of Steering units, motors and gear sets in Nordborg. In 2004 Henrik got the Business unit responsibility for Motors. Henrik was also the Global process owner for production planning systems within the Global IT system for Sauer-Danfoss, SAP R3, and for the operations part of the Product Development and Launch Process in Sauer-Danfoss. Henrik has a Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing from the University of Southern Denmark, and a Master's Degree in Engineering and Production Management from University of Aalborg. |

Vice President of Operations, Thorbjorn Hansen: Thor has 14 years of experience in production and logistics. As a plant manager for Danfoss Drives he has been responsible for supplying Danfoss Inverters to all the large customers in the HVAC and Process Industry. The lean Quick Response Manufacturing set up of Danfoss Drives, where customers can order millions of different inverters and have them delivered within 48-72 hours, will be applied to Danfoss Turbocor Compressors Inc. over the next couple of years to secure fast and competitive growth. In 2001, Thor was Project Manager for the Danfoss Drives set up and relocation to their new facilities in Loves Park Illinois, US. He was also a member of the M&A team that bought the first Danfoss Drives company in China in 2005. Thor has a Bachelor of Science degree in Production Engineering from OT in Denmark. |

Dev.), Ron Conry: In addition to heading the successful Danfoss Turbocor compressor development team, Ron has pioneered HVACR design, manufacturing, and service businesses for over three decades. He has established manufacturing plants in North America, Europe, South Africa, China, and Australia. He is a member of ASHRAE. |

Vice President of Aftermarket Businesses, J. Daniel Thatcher: For 32 years, Dan was associated with ACCO Engineered Systems in California with 30 years experience in the development of energy retrofit projects throughout California. As the Director of Energy Projects for ACCO, he completed the first Danfoss Turbocor retrofit of a built-up DX system in North America. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Occidental College in Los Angeles, CA, and is a member of ASHRAE, AEE, Energy Services Marketing Society of AEE, and AEE Southern California. Dan has made presentations on energy conservation for the World Energy Conference, ASHRAE, various public utilities, municipalities, and other industry organizations. |

Vice President Europe, Peter Bolliger: Peter has 19 years experience in air conditioning and building controls with The Trane Company and Landis & Gyr having been located in the U.S., Paris, Zurich and London. In addition, Peter also has nine years experience in the management consulting and aerospace sectors. He has a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a MBA from Memphis State University, and is a registered Professional Engineer in Zurich, Switzerland. |

Director of Sales, Daniel Mason: Dan entered the air conditioning industry 25 years ago as a product design engineer, which evolved into product and sales management. His experience includes the engineering and sales of HVAC products including high efficiency condensing units, commercial and industrial desiccant and heat recovery systems, mobile military air conditioners, computer room air conditioning systems, modular high-efficiency heat pumps, and high-grade custom air handlers. He received a B.S.M.E. degree from Drexel University and is an active member of ASHRAE. Dan spearheads Danfoss Turbocor's sales efforts with original equipment manufacturers and certified service contractors in North America and Australia. |
